Tom is extraordinarily helpful, professional, and constantly goes above and beyond. I have had to ask A LOT of questions that made me feel stupid, like I should know this stuff already (but I had an absent Father so there are some things that just don't get taught). Tom has always been attentive and honest, walking me through each question and never once making me feel silly for the things I did not know. He responds to all messages very rapidly and efficiently. I have referred many friends to Tom and will continue to do so for as long as I can!

It was unbelievable how much Tom was able to save me on an Auto/Homeowners bundle, and this was BEFORE insurance reform and rebates. More importantly, the office has always been prompt in answering any questions about coverage scenarios. Always great service. I dealt with Hanover/Citizens on a claim, and it was very smooth. Get a quote! In today's economy, you don't want to overpay for anything, especially insurance.

I've used them for well over 8 years. I use them for my home and auto. They cut my bill in half for same coverage. I have referred them many times and almost always my friends have saved money and got more coverage. Also I want to mention if I have a question I get an answer right away. Great customer service. I once called about if I needed a extra rider to cover something and easily they could have said yes but they explained the item would be covered under my current policy. Very honest answers everytime. Unfortunately I did have to make a claim once and they walked me through the process and what to expect. And my rates haven't really changed much. You will not be disappointed.
